GRIFF'S GANG unite!

For the 5th year in a row we are walking 5K with friends and family to celebrate an incredibly strong, courageous, brave 6 year old boy + honour of the children who have fought + continue to fight

Our hero has been fighting for over 5 years.. on the morning of March 18th 2024 he closed his eyes for the last time + our hero became our guardian angel

On October 2018 our lives were changed forever. Completely blindsided, with no indication something ‘could’ be wrong, our sweet 16 month old boy was diagnosed with a form of Childhood Cancer called Neuroblastoma. Sadly after two years in remission, Griff relapsed in March of 2021, again in August 2022 + most recently last April. Being able to participate in CN Cycle for a Cure allows us to give back to a hospital who has given us so much. We owe all of Griff's success to the amazing people at CHEO. I (we) couldn't think of a better way to continue to give back, then by extending our fundraising efforts in hopes these doctors + nurses can continue to offer the same amount of incredible care that we are receiving and to better the future of a childhood cancer diagnosis.  We want to help fund research in hopes that one day there will be less invasive forms of treatment for children with Childhood Cancer + finally to support a foundation that has been so incredibly kind to us so they can continue to support so many other families and their heroes
