Claire's Yoga Squad ♡

Hi everyone! 

Thanks for visiting my team page! I would just love if you registered to join my team and attended a yoga class (or a few) with me during the event! 

If you don’t already know me, I'm Claire, and if you didn’t know as well, I am a pediatric palliative nurse working at Roger Neilson Children’s Hospice, so as you can imagine, this cause is very close to my heart. 

This is my third year participating in 24HrYogapalooza + second year as a volunteer, and I am back and as excited as ever!! 

Although I may not be as bendy or put as many hours into yoga as some have, I always love a good yoga class! It's a great way to unwind after a long shift, feel refreshed, and get more active. Self care is SO important, and yoga plays a huge part in that for me. I would love if you joined my team! You can join me for a yoga class during the event, help me raise money towards my goal, or just cheer us on virtually!
