CHEO has always been a part of my life for as long as I can remember with my brother seeing so many specialists there over the years. Now that I have Brian and have had to spend an night in the ER the importance of this hospital and the care it provides has become even more real.
I've done the CN Cycle for CHEO in previous years and 2024 will be my second year teaching at the 24hr Yogapalooza event September 21 & 22.
I am also leading a special donation based class with my good friend Natasha that will have 30 minutes of yoga followed by 30 minutes of Pilates on September 14th, outside at Clarke Fields Park. Please join me for the class and donate here on this page!
