Shannon has completed 400 hours of YTT. She’s been practicing yoga since she was 13 years old. Vinyasa, power and yin are her favourite practices to both teach and participate. Currently she is on maternity leave but she teaches at Inner Soul and Cycle in Nepean, and private corporate classes. Yoga has been a major light in her life - especially over the past six years - the practice has benefitted both mental and physical health greatly. She is forever grateful for yoga and it’s community here in Ottawa.
