24Hr Yogapalooza 2025:
September 20-21, 2025 – 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. each day.
Whether you are a yoga enthusiast, or just looking to give back to your community, 24Hr Yogapalooza is an incredible opportunity to help kids with cancer. Going into its eighth year, this annual fundraiser supports childhood cancer care and research at CHEO. We are so excited to once again be back at a beautiful new location for 24 hours of yoga across two days (12 x 1-hour classes each day), all in support of kids with cancer.
Kids Can’t Fight Cancer Alone
Last year, approximately 100 children and youth were newly diagnosed with cancer at CHEO, and more than 500 were in various stages of cancer treatment. A cancer diagnosis is life altering, resulting in aggressive treatments and an uncertain future for kids and their families.
CHEO is constantly working to ensure children can get the care they deserve, working to find innovative treatments to offer safer and gentler care. And you can help!

Fundraising efforts lead up to our incredible main event - 24Hr Yogapalooza - a 24-hour “yogathon”, across two 12-hour days of yoga. Located this year at Sacred Union in Manotick, the event kicks off the morning of September 20, running from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and continues with another 12 hours on September 21 from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Attendees and fundraisers are welcome to join in any number of the 24 one-hour long yoga classes taught by amazing teachers from across the Ottawa region.
CHEO’s Fastest Growing Fundraiser
Starting in 2018 with just a small group of like-minded yogis who shared a desire to make a difference in the lives of kids with cancer, 24Hr Yogapalooza raised over $24,000! Now moving into our 8th year, as a community we have raised over $500,000 for childhood cancer research. This year we are back again and committed to continuing our mission to raise money and awareness for childhood cancer care and research at CHEO.
Our BIG 2025 Goal:
Our goal has always been to raise as much money as possible, with last year pushing us past $500,000 in total fundraising to date... AMAZING! With the help of people like you, the community, and our incredible sponsors, we know this year we can come together to make a difference in the lives of kids with cancer!
